Refund and Returns Policy

At NCAA Fan Merch, our products are entirely custom made-to-order. Because each piece is manufactured specifically for you, we maintain a limited Return Policy.

12-Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase. After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as the order moves immediately into our production queue. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] within this timeframe with your order number.

Eligible Return Conditions

We only accommodate replacements or refunds for products that arrive defective or incorrect due to our fault. Eligible circumstances include:

• Wrong size compared to your finalized order details.
• Incorrect design or print differing completely from the product page.
• Damaged or defective items upon arrival.
• Wrong product style received.

Important Note: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any other reasons (including change of mind, choosing the wrong size despite correct manufacturing, or ordering errors).

How to Request a Solution

If there is an issue with your order caused by our error, please follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

2. Include your Order Number.
3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, incorrect item, or manufacturing size mismatch.

Once verified by our team, we will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping is required in most cases, saving you time and effort. Processing a replacement takes 1–4 business days, and shipping takes an additional 4–15 business days.

Refund Timelines

• Refunds are strictly applied back to your original payment method (PayPal/Credit Card).
• Our Verification: 1 – 5 business days from receiving your photos.
• Financial Institution Processing: Once approved, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 – 7 business days to credit the funds back to your account.
• Note: Processing windows are calculated in business days only. Requests received over weekends or holidays commence processing on the next business day.

Exchange Policy

Because all apparel items at NCAA Fan Merch are custom made-to-order, we do not offer general exchanges for reasons such as buyer preference or incorrect size selection.

However, if you received an item that is faulty, damaged, or misprinted due to an error on our part, we will resolve it promptly under our standard protocol:

1. Notify us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number along with clear photo proof of the mistake or damage.

Upon verification, you can choose to receive:

• A free replacement sent straight to your door, or
• A full refund to your original payment account.

Customers do not need to ship the original item back to us and do not need to place a new order on the website to facilitate an exchange for a manufacturing error.
