Order Processing and Cut-off Time
- Our Business Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
- Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM ET. Orders placed before 05:00 PM ET will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 05:00 PM ET or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Handling Time (Production): 1 – 4 business days. Because our items are made-to-order, they require production time before dispatch.

Shipping Rates (USD)
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all orders under $100.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders totaling $100 or more.
